What is/might be the reason that you got banned? prop spawning on players

What happend? Was building a anti nuke shelter on the road since bib kept setting nukes off and when building it a prop was spawned ontop of simon, i did not see the prop ontop of simon and simon never complained because we were rping a anti nuke shelter so he was pretending he was safe and this mango guy freezes me for like 2 minutes and asks me what i did, i say building a shelter he just goes ok im warning you with no indication of anything.
