To be honest you are all expecting quite a bit from the Staff, remember that staff are humans too and not robots. Some of they might have some irl issues or a exhausting day and they just want to go on their favorite garrys mod server and play for a while to cool off.

However if there is just pure lazyness i agree that they would need to step up their game.
