When it will be appropriate to use the ban command? I feel that using the ban command should only be as a very last resort when you simply cannot negotiate anymore. If I were to be appointed admin, I would use the ban command only if someone really didnt want to comply to what I told them to do, or if they were threatening the server/someones life. An example of this is if someone was continously trolling, micspamming, and just generally harrasing other players, and would not comply after warns and a kick, then I would resort to give him a ban. Or say if someone was threatening to ddos the server, I would ban them because and if they did care I would tell them to make an appeal.
Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this? Moderator powers are great, but it can be difficult to deal with people at time because of the limitations. A situation I faced as a moderator was a micspamming user who simply would not stop. I gave him multiple warnings and kicked him once but eacj time he just kept coming back and doing it. I eventually got him banned but it would of been a lot easier if I had the powers of an admin to deal with him.
Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words) I feel like over my few weeks as mod on deathrun I have learnt a lot. One of these things being that; although great and handy, the powers a moderator gets is beginning to feel quite constricting to me. I an a calm cool collected person who is always willing to have a laugh but if someone steps out of line I wont be afraid to tell them. I feel that although the admin rank requires a lot of responsibility I could step up to the role and fufil it to my full potential. I am an admin on minecraft and ssrp so I am trusted with these powers and I am experienced with ban command. So thats it, the end of my application, I decided not to rant on this part but just to give you the straight facts, thank you for reading
