What in fact are they raiding at first I see you shoot at them which I'm pretty sure one of the bullets hits the gangster, second Bro Ali has 2 people he needs to deal with you are the one shooting at him so you are obviously the main one to focus on then he should go after the other. All I see is shooting and in this case he was more worried about killing you then arresting him as at any point you could of killed him so he didn't go after the other. The guy defibulating him is odd but it cuts off then and Ali could of arrested him after or what ever. The video doesn't show everything.
