|Shortly RDM| it's when a player kills another player for joking/no Valid Reason!
Example| Player Y Walks up to Player X Player Y Starts voice chatting and sais the following:What did you say about me?!?!?! (when he literally said nothing.) and then he proceeds to kill Player X!

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
|Shortly NLR|When you die you have to act like you're in a New life! // 3Minutes until the NLR Timer Runs out if it ran out you can go back to the Place where you got killed. until that no going back etc etc...
Example|Player Y makes sure there's noone around and proceeds to mug Player X who doesn't drop the money. Player Y Kills him because he didn't drop the money And then Player X Gets Mad. Player X in this situation knows he cannot go back because it would count as NLR so he waits out the timer and Doesn't Commit Revenge RDM!

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
So Metagaming is basically Saying OOC(Out Of Character) in IC(In Character) Edit: And if lets say for example my friend sais in skype he has drugs in his house thats metagaming too!
Example|Player Y's raiding the bank Player X As a cop starts raiding his dupe and proceeds to damage Player Y Now Player Y is afraid and sais (OOC)Player Y:Guys whoever kills the cop that is trying to raid my bank dupe gets 500k after the raid! and now he Metagamed!


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First i would bring Player X To a roof top then ask him for evidence. If he sais look at the logs then i would say the Logs aren't proof so if you haven't got any other proof than all i can do is talk to him. if he has video evidence than i would bring Player Y to the sit and asked him why did he kill Player X if he denies i would show him the proof/Evidence. If he admits i would tell him that he needs a reason to kill someone (+ plus you need a better reason than "He ate my doughnut" jk) but i would check his warns if he has none/just a little amount of warns i would let him off with a verbal warn if he has a higher ammount of warns then a normal warn.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. First i would bring Player X To a rooftop. Then i would ask him for some evidence if he has picture evidence(killed him multiple times with different places in the district) i would tp Player Y to the sit! ask him why did he break NLR and then check his warns. Same technique applies here(low ammount of warns= Verbal // High ammount of warns=Normal warn). if no evidence i would talk with Player Y and if he admits I would check his warns and punish him as how much ammount of warns he has. if he doesn't admit i would talk with him that even if he didn't do it it's illegal.

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would say in OOC:Please don't Metagame. If he continues i would tp to him and ask him if he knows what Metagaming meant if he'd say no i would explain to him that what he did was metagaming and what metagaming meant. if he'd continued i would tp to him explain him that i told him to not continue doing it and then proceed to warn him.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
My Maturity has grown a lot lately and i feel i could be the part of the staff team again luckily we moved finished unpacking and i can be on zarp a lot(you can see im addicted to it on gametracker i mean 2-5 hrs a day? ) i am able to help the server in many different ways first are the rulebreaks when no staff's on. i have met with a lot of situations where theres no staff member to help and F1s are piling. i won't be Really unmature anymore(talking about doors :/) and i have a ton of experience in being a staff!
Thanks for reading my Application! some more i want to add to it: I will have more activity until the meeting comes + about my 1 recent warn i raided a base that had a building sign that i didn't see and it had drugs inside(Ezy can confirm (he warned me :3) so basically i was blind :3 i didn't see the building sign and i raided it :3 thats it!
