Story - I first attempted to weapon check him, he started running so I killed him. The second time, as I approached him, he just pulled out a gun and shot me. He didn't see the /me for the weapon check the second time so he had no valid reason to kill me. Even if he did, he couldn't have reacted that quickly, because he pulled out a gun and shot me within the same split second as I used my /me.
