the picture does show you pushing a prop towards a car, and not really placing it down. about the sit i don't know what happened

The prop never touched the car and in the picture it's on the ground, I think at that point I was straightening it up, the fact remains he used a picture which doesn't show a prop touching a car to warn me for prop push, he wasn't there himself so he has absolutely no evidence to use against me and his refusal to hold an actual sit and get my side of the story just made it all worse.

1.why would you place a chair in the street?

2. doesn't mater if its on the ground or not, in the ss its behind a car and shows you trying to push it towards
