Yeah that's called loopholding, you can't just stand and camp and keep shoting a hand cannon on a base that's been blown up already.

Explosive Weapons do Base and Player Damage, there's no loopholing going on here.

I'm getting so tired of your gang going on the server just for the soul purpose of harassing other people and arguing with them.
