A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation.
First off i would i ask him to show me the evidence and what rule he broke in this video after he has shown me the evidence i would tell him next time i see this person i would talk to him and depending on what he did warn/verbal warn but if its something like hacking i would guide the player to the forums at www.zarpgaming.com and lead him to the report abues part of the forums or if i have a higher staff member example: a admin+ on my steam i would contact him and ask him to ban him.



Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming.
If a player was chat spamming i would first ask them to stop with the chat spam if they carry on doing so i would have to warn them but if it does get out of hand and hes just trolling i would get a admin+ to ban him for a day.


Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game.
First of all i would tell player x whos harassing player y to stop it but if he carrys on stricter punishments like a ban or a warn will be given to player x.




Why should you be chosen?
I love the minecraft server i dont see that many people on thats why im trying to get people on i come on everyday to see how the server is doing and to play but hardly anyone is on thats why me and spooderman trys to get people on all the time im also very mature and calm as i dont rage that much i would also like to become minecraft staff so i can help the server out even more I know ive been recently unbanned of the forums but that ban was given out about a month ago im very sorry about that ban. But i dont like seeing the server die out also i think ive gained enough trust from staff to be accepted and the community thanks for reading!
