It seems your steam id is not filled out correctly , Your steam id is the steam identification that you can easily copy this by clicking in your name in the tab menu and click on the string/numbers next to the text that says steam id (Eg. Steam_0:0:454254) . as well as this yours steam profile seems to be wrong. You can also find this on the tab menu next to where it says steam community profile.
