Not giving any offense here, but It doesn't matter if you are staff for over 11 months actually.
EG: Hollybanker has been staff longer then Tyler durden, and tyler durden has HA. It depends on how you are doing your job and the knowledge you have about it.

But IMO: I find if you killed 3 people accidently or on purpose not worthy for a 1 week ban.
