I have spoken to the admin who has banned you and came to the following conclusion.

I've spoken with the Administrator who has banned you, We've spoke about what happened and how can we move forward. You say it's your cousin who has called all this trouble but I'm afraid your account is your responsibility so please look after it!, If that means putting a Password on your account then please do so as we don't want this to happen again!
