In the situation of this, a lot has been left out.

This situation happened a few days ago, Grumpex and his friend was setting hits on miners and then killing them.
After a while they would attempt to demote them miners for "Afk in spawn" after killing them.

On top of this Grumpex and his friend was also trying to demote miners such a Geko with invalid reasons such as "Disrespect/Rulebreak", in the occations that the demotion was invalid Sister Anna would either cancel the vote or unban the player from there job.

Another reason they was attempting to demote was for "AFK" on player who where even typing in chat.
Many other players in-game, will be able to confirm of what was going on and also what grumpex was doing.

In honesty i belive this to be FALSE report due to "Missing evidence of full situation" and also the fact of grumpex doing false demotions.
