I was given a permanent ban from the server and after making an appeal, was told it would be changed to a 2 day ban. It has now been 6 days since i was banned and 3 days since i was told it would be changed to a 2 day ban. When trying to join the server i still get the permanent ban message. Please let me know what is happening as soon as you can
