What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is when a DEAD player gives information that could change the end result on the round/game.
For example on the map Minecraft, if someone has died going through a portal and the dead player is telling players who're alive which is the correct portal is ghosting

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
If someone was disrespecting I would first give them a verbal warning and ask them to stop and calm down, if they carry on I would mute/gag them and give them a warning, when they're unmuted at the end of a map and they carry on I would get an admin to kick or ban them after explaining what has happened.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (This part should be atleast 75 words)))
I should be chosen because I would take the role of a moderator seriously and I would look out for people who're maybe new to the game or is getting called names because they're not as good as others, I would do what I can to help lower and higher ranked people to get a better experience of the game by having fun with them as they played, and also I have helped others on the server when mod's may or may not was around and I'd try to make the server more fair to others who sometimes get targeted, also I have experience as a staff member as I used to moderate a variety of different servers so I have an idea of what I'd would do to help someone in certain situations also I enjoy having fun on the servers and I encourage people to play more
