I have taken the time to speak with the administrator that punished you (Gmod Troller) , He has told me that before he banned you he explained to you all the rules that you broke and added that you have already been told and warned about the homophobia by another administrator Richard. There was however an agreement on the way he interpreted the ban reason , The ban was meant to mean MASS RDM and you were killing people who just spawned. He has since updated his ban reason and he in the future will be trying to be clearer with his ban reason. The reason why I am basing all this of what he said was because you did not provide any counter evidence so I will need to stick the staff members word . In the future, if you provided some evidence ( The Evidence is Evidence of what the staff member has done wrong and the reason you are filing a demotion request as well as this , witnesses can not be used as a form of evidence as they can be bias).
