The lead team does not demote on the spot unlesss there is mass abuse that is getting to the point that it is detrimental to the server. A lead team member can bring someone up in the meeting (after the moderator and admin meeting ). Even if he has 3 accepted demotion request it won't affect his rank on the server (This is a case by Case) that is the responsibility of the lead team members to bring the staff member up in the meeting. There is no need for this post but if you don't know how the system works then now you know. I will lock this thread now since it isn't really required and a lead team member will decide if they would like to bring BigWhal up in the meeting
