It hasn't been discussed in the meeting yet, we don't need another one of these posts wait until the meeting instead of making useless and unconstructive posts. The lead team is aware of him and the mistakes hes made and thats what they are here for, to help him get better and improve. Don't always expect a demotion some people deserve chances and maybe he will get one.
