I thought the rules were as simple as you cannot apply for admin until you have been to you're first meeting, if you just got accepted then how can the staff already know that you are going to stick to being active and doing you're job.

I think that another week or two wouldn't hurt, you have yet to prove yourself dedicated this time around.
