I can tell you're a new player and it looks like there was some confusion with the lockdown and your base. A lockdown no matter what reason, doesn't allow you to break server rules. One of the rules you broke was having illegal entities whilst having building signs up on your base. If you have those signs down, you cant be printing, growing drugs, etc. in your base.

I'll speak with Hellforce about the ban, obviously in my opinion you should have had a warning for both instead of a ban.
