From my experience, you are a very strict staff member. That's somewhat good, although I don't like that, but I believe that you should read the rules again because I have seen you break some minor rules before as moderator, and had an admin talk to you each time.

Other than that, I don't see any reason for you not to become admin, just don't go crazy with the bans

P.S: You can use burning drug labs when raiding a base, since in real life you can use something that is on fire to do the same.. So RP wise it's possible
