Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I've been a Moderator for 2-3 weeks now i believe? And it's really hard to get people banned and such. When i play on, for example Server 1. People Mass rdm and they ltap and join with different names etc, and it's really hard to get them banned. Most of the times, i make threads on the forums about help with f1's and such. When there's no Admin on. The server is a mess. I have to contact several Admins to get on and ban some people. Most of the times, i need "evidence" before they can ban. I feel like it would help a lot to be able to do it myself when it's needed. Also be able to accept punishments on the forums etc.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
There wan an issue a few days ago. When i was basing on Server 2. And a few people drug bombed my stuff and printers worth a lot of money blew up. After that, i joined server 1 and i saw him on the server. I spoke to him and apparently it's allowed. A Superadmin and a Owner + Admins said it's allowed. But when i asked a Head Admin, he said it's not allowed. I still haven't figured out if it's allowed or not. That was kind of an obstacle to me.


If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
"Hello. As a Moderator you need to know all the DarkRP Basics, make sure you know them well. As a Moderator, you are here to help people, not ruin their RP (Roleplay). You are supposed to give them second chances and make sure they understand the point of DarkRP. Make sure you help them with whatever they need help with. You're supposed to follow the Zarp Ethos. Which means you're supposed to help them as much as you can and give them Warnings when it's needed."

As a Moderator, you can:
Kick players, Mute chat of people, Unban players from jobs, Freeze players, Slay people, Voice mute people, Teleport, Goto, Bring and Back.
F1 - Checks the Recent warns of people, the players F1's and all the Loggings.
F6 - Checks the punishments of specific players.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would Handle the appeal and i would say for example:
First, i would check his SteamID if he's got any recent punishments about this. If he doesn't. I would handle his appeal and say for example:
"Hello, x.
I have read your appeal and i will accept this appeal since you have no recent punishments of this before.
If i catch you doing this again, i will have to punish you once again and won't be able to appeal the ban that easily.
You may now join the servers and have fun!"

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words)
I should be promoted because i've had a lot of trouble with getting people banned. When i play, people mass RDM at spawn, they ltap and such and i can't do anything. I mostly contact people on TS/Steam, trying to get people on to help me deal with things. It would be a lot easier for me to be able to deal with most stuff myself. I would be able to handle Reports/Appeals on the forums and such. It would help a lot. It would help me catch Rulebreakers, hackers and more by spectating them.
