I have seen Coutinroy in game and he seems to know all the rules and always reports rulebreakers and tries his best to stop them. I believe that he will be a good mod, along with many other potential new mods who are much needed on Zarp due to the increasing number of rulebreakers and relatively low number of staff being online on the servers.

I encourage everyone who has seen him ingame to support him because we need people like him...
