Hello Deathmans , Thank you for your report. It seems you did not have any evidence as I stated before so I have spoken to the moderator that you are reporting and he has told me that he teleported out to deal with a random demotion situation and when he was done he proceeded to then use a command called /back wich teleports him back to his last location wich for him was in the vault. When he did this he was oblivious to the fact that you had killed his raiding mate so when he got back you were there. He told me that he was courteous said you can just kill him but then you did not so he decided to kill you as he was still raiding.Unfortunately, this is not abuse because all he did was teleport back to his last location and you happened to be there and as he was teleported back to his last location he continued the raid as it did not end for him even if the raid was not active.
Unfortunately, you can not get a refund on your items even if this was abuse because the server only refunds for server side issues such as the server crashing etc. If you believe this was not the story then if you submitted proof it could be used but you did not provide any proof so I will need to deny this.
