Now first of all, I'd like to say we apologise for you having this experience however as Luan has kindly stated, You need evidence that clearly shows what happened as we need to know the full story and understand what the staff member has done wrong, if he has done anything wrong. So if you indeed do have any evidence that shows what happened then it'll be greatly appreciated if you do upload them! If not then my view on this is it'll be denied due to limitations and no proof.
