Also the reason I didn't take them to a roof was because I froze them about 5 seconds before hand and just had to tell them that they are breaking NLR please read /motd and understand it, the end of this district is at that tunnel over there, sit over in almost 30 seconds after saying that NLR is by district not area, and that you cant interact with your past life letting them know they are breaking NLR.
