I'm going to go neutral here mate. Because disrespect is never a good thing to your new potential staffing buddies, but at the same time you have said you have changed and I believe if you were given the opportunity you would behave properly and do your job well. So maybe I'd say hold off for now, even if you don't get the job don't give up and try again at a later date where you have been well behaved and respected everyone
