my dad had to borrow money from my personal bank account cuz he couldn't pay some bills, be grateful they tried and don't be disappointed,
save money urself if you want something, i had the shittiest PC before i got this one as well and i saved for it myself, my parents told me to do so, so i did and i got my new pc, and just a couple days ago i bought a new phone with my own money wich i saved for something like this
