I have taken a thorough look over the demotion request as well as I spoke to mango and I have come to the conclusion to accept this demotion request and I will be bringing this up in the lead team meeting.
after speaking to mango he is admitting what he has don't wrong and he is fully informed on the potential repercussions as well as he fully knows what he Should Have done
He is willing to apologize to you and refund all he can
