Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

As a moderator, I have had a decent amount of time to learn all the commands and use them appropriately. I have also gained even more valuable skills about moderating a Minecraft server, and I have also learnt many server features, such as different commands and plugins. I have helped many players, and I know what I am doing, which is why I think my time as moderator is up and I am ready to become an administrator.

You catch a player using an exploit. How would you go about the situation and handle it?

This has already happened, but I will speak about how I will go about the situation. I would begin with teleporting to him, and asking what he is doing, I would ask him whether he knew he was exploiting, and whether he knew it was against the server rules to be exploiting. I would take a note of the exploit/bug and report it to the lead team, and/or make a post about it on the MC Bugs/Suggestions thread. I would tell the user to stop exploiting, and depending on the severity of the exploit, I would consider banning him for a short while (if of course he abused it a lot). If he continues to use the exploit, I would ban him for a short while, so he has time to read the server rules.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

As a moderator, a bug had occurred on someone's skyblock island. I teleported over and took a look. The player had [Lockette] chest's, but he had changed his Minecraft name before removing the chest's, therefore he was locked out of his chest and did not have access to his chests. So I tried destroying the chest, but it did not work, we tried pushing it with a piston and that did not work, so I made a reply on the MC Bugs/Suggestions thread, and I had gotten a response in game. Vitx told me he is now aware of the bug, and Morgan joined the server to help the player gain access to his items again. As an administrator, I may have been able to break his chests for him, which would've been quicker than waiting for someone with a higher rank to help out.

Why should you be promoted?

I think I should be promoted because I am one of the most hardworking and active staff members a server can have. I am always online helping player's out and sorting out problems, and I have been on the server, and Minecraft, for a while now so I know how to deal with most problems fluently and professionally. As soon as I see someone calling for help, I help. The other day I was helping out a couple of other staff member's who needed help. You won't get a more hardworking, loyal, active, smart and friendly staff member than me, as I am very dedicated to the server, and I do everything I possibly can to help it out and expand the longevity of it's time. I feel I am ready to be promoted, and if other's do not think that, I am willing to prove it. I really wish to be the best staff member I can, and by being granted the administrator rank, I can become even better, by having access to new commands and permissions, to be able to help out even more players.
