First things first I edited your post and removed the link to the MMA site which im still confused what the hell that as to do with Garry's Mod or ZarpGaming. Anyway's A base starts from the first prop in the base so you building inside of the blocked off district tunnel is building inside his base. Regardless of the base being legal or not legal you still are not allowed to build inside someone else base and I see you mentioned a lot of times about your experience on different servers / communities so don't you think the right thing would of been to report the member of staff and not break the rule yourself?. I also don't appropriate you calling him a "KID" for someone who makes them self out to be a top notch community member I would think you would have better ways of describing someone. This matter was already taken care of in game as Deadmonster already mentioned.
