I'm calling upon DEADMONSTER who is an admin, to vouch for this happening because he was there, though he did not see the reason I was warned - he seen the base, that was illegal and then removed it - it was another admins base and the warning was present for the build I was doing in an attempt to access, this can be accesed via the logs. I think this is proof. Witnesses, especially ones that work alongside ZARP should be proof.
