A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation.
I would give him a link to the forums [www.zarpgaming.com] or [www.zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/repor...ban-request-template] and tell him to make a post there OR either after the 10th tell him to type /report and report the player there.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming.
I would tell him to either stop spamming the chat or I would have to mute him for 5 mins and after the punishment, if he continues to spam I would mute him for an hour, then if he continues to spam chat, I would ban him for a day.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game.
I would tell the player to stop and mute him for an hour, If he continues disrespecting after the hour, I would ban him 1 day. In some cases if the player comes back after that day and repeats his actions from the day before, I would ban him for 1 week.

Why should you be chosen?
I would like to become a moderator on Zarp Minecraft because I want to help out the server and I want to be able to help those who are new to the server, and would like to deal with those who choose to break the server rules. I would like to help out the Minecraft server and help anyone in need of help, If they want to report someone I will show them to our forums and If someone is bad I will punish them, within a reasonable limit. I would also like to become a Moderator because I spent most of my day on the server, within my time [Australian]. I play most of the days that I get and I would like help out the server for as long as I am online for.

Please note any constructive criticism will be appreciated for me to add to, but I would like people to not just say no for no reason, If you say no please supply a reason for me to build on! Thank you for reading my application!
