First off its a definite yes!
To go from being really short fused, and the occasional rule breaks ez has turned himself round a lot!
To keep on applying after being denied just shows his dedication and I really feel he would be a great staff member when I'm in game with him he always knows who is breaking rules and informs me about it, therefore it must be fair to give him a rank and let him deal with it too.
