Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: My time as a moderator has been quite fun but people can take jokes too far and it can end up in a bit of a state.
An example of if i was admin it would of been better is:

Bob was spamming chat so my first reaction was to /msg him and tell him to stop and he ignored me so i muted him for 2 minutes then when he got unmuted i told him to not do it again and he did it again my reaction was to /msg him again and give him another verbal warning but he ignored it again i muted him for 5 minutes when he got unmuted he spammed again so i kicked him he came back and spammed again, if i was an admin i would of been able to ban him and not cause random drama which was a little bit not needed.

You catch a player using an exploit. How would you go about the situation and handle it?:

Firstly, i would give the person a verbal warning and to stop exploiting if they do not listen i would ban him for 1 day or more depending on the exploit and how bad the persons attitude was.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

So one time i was dealing with a rule breaker and the obstacle in this is he kept on highly disrespecting me so i muted him for 5 minutes trying to talk to him but when his five minutes was up he did it again and left the server and that was a hard situation and that was a hard obstacle in my time as a moderator.

Why should you be promoted?

I think i should be promoted because i have attended my first meeting and i feel like i am ready for the next rank, Administrator. I am very trustworthy with powers and i know when its necessary to use the ban command because i have 2 staff positions that have access to the ban command. I feel being mod has been a great time but now i have met the requirements to become an admin i feel this week is the week to apply. It is also really hard being a moderator because you get hardly any commands and the commands i dont have access to right now would really help me and i am dedicated to the ZARP community and to this server as well im ready to take the responsibilities of a mine craft administrator
