in example this situation:
Player X started spamming the chat, I first gave the user a verbal warning, muted him. Kept trolling /msg me and harassing other user's after multiple verbal warnings

In that situation I could've banned the user instead of going on in this kind of drama. Also I've gained much of experience being moderator from tips from other moderators And i've helped a lot of users with skyblock problems and answered a lot of questions.



You catch a player using an exploit. How would you go about the situation and handle it?
I would encounter the user calmly and tell the user not to do it again. If he does it again, I would tell him not do do it again and kick him off the server with the reason "Exploiting 2nd warning" If he does it again (wich is most likely) I would ban him for a specific amount of time depends on the exploit. If gamebreaking 2+ days

EG:
Hey, you are using a exploit I am kindly asking you to stop using that exploit since it's not fair against others and gamebreaking!
(Does it again) Hey dude, I asked you to stop doing this exploit, I'm now kicking you off the server.
(Does it again) This is the third warning and the last one, I am banning you for (specific amount of time wich depends on the exploit)



Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
As I had explained above, there was a obstacle that I needed to work around with, That the user kept going on and on and one, wich as I had admin I just could've simpely banned him after the third warning. Also in my time of moderator gamebreaking users weren't "scared" or took the dominance wich is really bad, because they are starting to make fun of you by saying "Oh you gonna mute me, boo hoo" And the rank "administrator" Could or can show dominance and the gamebreaking users could or can respect you more wich is very usefull. Now something completely different: In my time as moderator I needed to help a lot of users building their island and help in factions, wich is really unfortunate if you can't do much out of rp as like: flying and other commands. These commands can be really fortunate when helping out of rp.


Why should you be promoted?
I've stated it above multiple times, Its really hard working with the rank moderator with the lack of commands, your need to take more time for a situation that without administrative commands could take 5-8 minutes that could have been handled in like 1 minute. Also, I spend lots of time into the zarp minecraft servers to prevent rulebreakers and simpely have fun, With the rank administrator I can provide more help and let the users "feel more save". I am keeping this gametime since it is summer vacation and I have more time to spend in the vacations on this server. I should be promoted because I have been staff on DarkRP for 5-6 months and on Deathrun for about the same time, wich makes me trusted within the community I think. I am also calm in rulebreak situations and can handle them quite fine and good.
