When it will be appropriate to use the ban command? When a person is hacking/breaking too many rules/leaving punishments/disrespecting staffs allot etc

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
one time there was a person who broke allot of rules, i couldnt ban him myself so i needed to ask admin. But i didnt have enough proof so he only banned him for 3 days, he was ghosting/leaving punishments and other rules. There was also one time where i couldn't spawn myself in because of a bug this has happend to me twice.

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words) I have been an admin before, i know all the rules and will as always, i dont want to brag about me being an admin because i do not want to be a staff only for bragging/getting badges etc, i will also help the community with things they dont know about and i will not hate on them if they do something wrong, ive also made a map for zarp to help the community with new maps people want to explore which proves that i do not want to be admin for badges and brag about it.
