From what i've been told walking into someones base is not "raiding". Unless you make an effort to shoot them and have a gun out. Its logical really , there's no such thing as walking into a base timer. Also just realised there was no front door and half of the doors were unowned and all they did was walk in , if they were raiding and knew it was your base they would have killed you but from what I see they were not raiding and literally just walked in and stood there. It is clearly not Walter's fault in this situation , as no attempt to raid was made in the first place.
