I spoke with him and he stated in chronological order, this was the tale of events:

• He started lockpicking the car whilst you weren't there
• You get into your car
• He used the carjacking /me
• He get's out, attempts to kill you
• The Moderator kills you

I've spoken to him and correct him on the /me he used, he knew it was against the rules and is overall clueless as to why he used it. He said he won't do it again, and I've advised he un-bind that /me command.
