A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation.
I would speak with the Player and talk about his report , I would then Ask the Player that he is reporting and I would speak to him about the report Example: Player X is new to the server and he wants to report Player Y for hacking on the server. Player X says he got proof of Player Y hacking , I would ask Player X to show me the video of Player Y hacking. If the proof is valid that Player X has I would speak with a Admin on the Server and get the Admin to speak to Player Y and ban him for hacking on the server.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming.
First I would give the Player a verbal warning to stop with the spamming , If the Player chooses not to stop his actions and keeps on spamming the chat I would mute the Player for 5 minutes. If this Player continues this action after the the 5 minute mute I would mute him for a longer time example : 10 - 20 - 30 minutes. If continued after two punishments I went permanently mute the Player , I would tell the Player that he can talk to a admin over steam or on the Team Speak Server about his perma mute and that Admin can contact me about his mute.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game.
First of all I would find out whats going on and why (for example:) Player Y is being harassed and disrespected. I would then tell Player X to stop harassing and disrespecting Player Y and if he continues his actions I would give him and mute. If after his punishment he continues to harass and disrespect Player Y I would mute him again and wait until a Admin is on to ban Player X. If Player X denies that he was harassing and disrespecting Player Y and if Player Y shows me proof of the harassment and disrespect I would get a admin to ban Player X.

Why should you be chosen?
I think I should be chosen to be apart of the Mine Craft Staff Team because I am dedicated to the server , I'm on the Mine Craft server everyday and for most of the day I would be on it. I love helping out new players to the Mine Craft Server and also love helping the players that have been on the server for a while. I like helping out the Staff Team if its with a new game mode on the server or just helping them out with any problems they have. I am trusted with powers because I am a SSRP Administrator and I love helping out the SSRP players as much as I can.
