Anyways it looks like the corrupt situation is possibly a huge big misunderstanding that can easily be resolved.. however I don't really see how calling someone a "kid" is a valid warn that falls under disrespect. If you don't like being called "kid", just verbally ask him not to say it again in the future, I have fallen into a situation like this before and that's all you gotta do if you get called something you do not like.
