Not really.The ts3 rules are to avoid people from getting offended by others and if no one got offended there is no actual problem as there are no banned words that you are not allowed to say at all.Well if he was with his close friends i dont get why he should be punished as he did not offend anyone and he wasnt the guy saying it.
