How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
I would fist tell him to stop depending on how he is bullying him if he keeps going i would go to specer and move him there to have a talk with him to tell him to stop and if he keeps going he will get kicked if he dos it again i will kick him and if he does it again after he comes i will ban him for 24 hours

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.

The first rule i will explain is The kick option
So the kick option is used if a peson is being annoying (micspamming or bing dissrespectfull) in ts and does not want to stop doing the thing he has ben warned off (micspam) than you can kick them becuase they did not want to listen to you

The 2nd Feature i will explain is the Bann option
The ban option is used for player who got kicke for exapmple for micspamming or dissrespect and if they repeat that you can ban them you can also ban someone if they dont want to even lsiten to you and they just keep on trolling.

The 3rd Fature i will explain is Setting server / changing channel groups
This feature will only be used if your application got accepted on the forums for liek if you got accepted for moderator or if you resign than teamspeak staff can take away your badge. This should never be touched with due to people getting confused with staff members.

The 4th Feature i will explain is Moving a Person from your channel
This featuer should be used if you want to move a user to spacer if you want to talk to them for like them rulebreaking and not stopping you than go into spacer and you can move them in there for a private confrontation or if a user is looking for someone an they cant find them you can move them to the room the user is in.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).
Now i want to be choosen as a teamspeak staff because i have encounterd allot of people breaking rules like poke spamming and than there were no staff on that were at keyboard. I also am allot on teamspeak about 4-6 hours a day so i can help allot of people. I also try to help as many people as possible as i can right now without the rank which can be hard
