How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?

Firstly I would bring him to a spacer for a chat, and explain to him that bullying is not accepted on this Team Speak server. However, if the guy started disrespecting you first I would suggest you poking me or any other Team Speak staff member so then we can talk to the guy who has been disrespecting you.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.

1) The first command I will start off with is KICK, this command is only used for people mic spamming or disrespecting / bullying another pupil. This is normally used for a verbal warning so the player doesn't come back and do it again.

2) Moving a Client from you're channel, this command is also used also for people mic spamming or disrespecting another user.

3) Setting server / changing channel groups, this is used for people who have just received they're rank on a Zarp server. Their server group should only be changed if they have been demoted / resigned from they're rank. This should never be touched with due to people getting confused with staff members.

4) Going into a non disturbed chat (Spacer), this is used for private conversations such as: Lead Team talking, talking to a staff member who has rule broken / abused, also can be used for a chat room that you don't want to be disturbed from such as other players joining.

5) Lastly I will be explaining the BAN command, this should only be used when a person isn't following the Team Speak rules requirements. Such as: mic spamming, constant disrespect, trolling in every channel.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).

I think I should be chosen for this roll for the community because I am always active on the Zarp Team Speak throughout the day / night. I am trusted with powers as I am an SSRP Administrator and this proves that I will not abuse with my Team Speak commands. I have been part of the community for a total of 10 months now, and I think I have proven that I am trusted with these powers. I think this rank would be beneficial for me as I am always on Team Speak day in day out and I will always be there to help someone if anyone has been disrespecting / bullying or mic spamming and trolling in channels.
