U can go back if ur base is getting raided after ur 3m timer, you dont have to wait till they are done.

Lets take a look at how you would handle someone that is reported for rdm.
If he has no recent warns you will just give him one? What if he really wants to apply for the mod rank,you will destroy it for a mistake? And what if he has recent warns about rdming? You will ban him? With no proof as well just because he is not answering or because you think that what he said is not valid?


Now smth that i saw and really annoyed me.
How would you handle the following situation
A f1 about nlr. You say that logs show kills but not location but then u say you would warn him for nlr and revenge rdm just because he killed him? Here is an examble of what might have happend. Player X kills player Y at double doors , then right after he goes at spawn and tries to kill Player Y but fails and gets killed by Player Y.You would falsely warn player Y for 2 reasons that might have not even happend with no peoof given.


I dont get why you would tp someone to explain a rule such as metagaming and right after warn him when u can easily avoid it and just explain it.


I dont like the way you will handle situations like that just because you want to warn people when u can explain them the rule they broke and give him a chance rather than warn him.
Staff members are supposed to help users and not just punish them and not explain to them. Alot of false warns will come out of you and will get you demoted. You clearly dont know how to handle a f1 and you dont have a full knowledge of the basic rules such as rdm and nlr.Imagine finding yourself in a complex situation which might be tricky.You would probably falsely warn both of them or smth.
