Based on the other chat messages as well as Harry's "Looking for Faction" thread, it looks like another player was giving him luck on joining the faction and then you just needed to blurt in - "oh btw, good luck making friends in life". A bit rude and insensitive coming from a person, let alone a former staff member. I'll speak with Hardcore and let him know what he said was used in the wrong context to hurt Harry and tell him off for it.
