A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation. I'd direct him to the forums with a link or a guide to reach the report section and templates. I'd ask to see the evidence first to tell him if it was sufficient enough and tell him to report it on the forums and forward a higher up to check the appeal out.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming. I would warn them to stop once, if they continued to spam i would mute them for 5 minutes and if they spam once un-muted i would mute them for 30 minutes and if continued would kick them and if continued ask if it was sufficient for a temp ban.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game.
I would tell them to back up and keep there chill, if they continued i'd kick them with the message " Warning, leave [ players name] alone or punishment will be more severe. " if it was continued and the disrespect was absolutely foul i would have them banned.

Why should you be chosen? I think i should be chosen because I've got very good knowledge and experience with factions and mine craft as a whole due to playing it for many years. I know my reputation within ZARP may not be the best but i feel and believe as if I've matured and have a habit with not showing it online, but i will try my hardest to show the community my real maturity instead of my snobby, smart ass personality. I've also been staff on numerous MC servers and know lots of the commands and how to handle the rule breaking and such. Thank you for putting the time into reading this application
