A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation. I would first of all ask the user who they would like to report and the reason for doing so I would get them to explain their side of the story. I would then approach the accused player and in a friendly way ask them what happened. I would then asses the two stories and take appropriate action.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming. I would first ask them to stop and if they continued and I would mute there chat. If it continued over a large period of time I would look to take further action.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game. I would first ask them to stop and try to resolve the issue between the two players if the player continued to harass and disrespect the other player I would punish them appropriately and give them a stern warning that their actions are not tolerated at ZARP.

I am an extremely trusted and dedicated member of the community. I hold lead team positions on a range of servers and I am entrusted with owning the TTT server. I have really enjoyed my experience on the server since it was released yesterday and I think the server has some real potential. I would love to be able to voice my opinion on suggestions / new staff at the the meetings . I have witnessed a few unpleasant incidents since the server has launched that could be averted with staff who are experienced and know how to handle situations such as myself. I have had a lot of experience staffing servers at ZARP and know the do's and dont's of staffing the servers. I know the server has just launched and I do not have a lot of time on the server but I can only give you my word I will remain active on the server if I get staff or not
