A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation. I would ask him to show me the evidence and if it look legit I would teleport the suspect to me and ask him why he did it. If he lies and says "I didn't do it" and the evidence is real i would warn him by saying "Don't do it again or you'll get muted". If he does not comply eg: "WTF MATE I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING THAT IMAGE IS FAKE!!!!" I would mute him.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game. I'd give them a strict warning that if they don't stop they'll get muted or banned. If they do it again however they would be banned. Not muted, Banned.
Why should you be chosen? I think I should be chosen because I really enjoy the game (especially Factions) and I would be strict when i had to and not abuse my power and be an all-round great guy.
