A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation.

I would tell them that they can make a report abuse post on the forums at www.zarpgaming.com using the correct template, or they can send me the proof and I will deal with the player. I will take their evidence, look at it and if it is sufficient, I will listen to their side of the story, then teleport the other guy to us and speak to them about what happened; then I would decide on a verdict.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming.

I would begin with telling them to stop chat spamming, but if the rule breaking persisted, I would then speak to them and mute him. I may unmute them later depending on the severity, but if they carried on after that, I would issue warnings and bans.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game.

I would ask the player to stop with the abusive behaviour, and made sure that they understood that they can not be doing it. If they carried on, I would warn them and mute them. If the harassing and disrespecting was really bad though, such as homophobic or racist comments etc. then I may consider banning them.

Why should you be chosen?

I should be chosen as I am a trusted member in the community, I have been staff multiple times on multiple servers, so I know how to handle situations. Although I am not very familiar with many of the MC staff commands, I, like many others, will learn; and by learning I will improve. I have owned Minecraft for a while now, so I know pretty much all there is to know about the game, I have also been on the server for a while so I have decent knowledge about factions, kitPvP etc. I am a very active member of the community, and when I am committed to something, I am COMMITTED. I really wish to help in the further development of the server, and manage players along with the server itself. I am mature and have common sense, I am also familiar with all the MC rules and will enforce them on the server. I hope you consider me as a staff member.
